Very nice Viners of Sheffield Sugar Castor.   Silver plate on (appears to be copper) and hand chased.  A small dent in the rim of the base but it stands firmly.  I have not cleaned this castor.   The silver plating only has wear around the rim where one takes the top off to fill the shaker.   Dont hesitate to ask any questions
