Antique/Vintage hand painted ceramic lamp on a gilt metal base.  Hand-painted polychrome artwork. In good used condition.  No chips or cracks noted. The on off switch clicks on and off.  The lamp is untested.  There appears to be something like glue at the top.   It peels off easily.  There is a number or name under the yellow glaze at the base but illegible.  Reminescent of french Henri Delcourt lighting.  Dont hesitate to ask for more information or specific photographs.    No Shade and no plug.
