Architectural lighting – antique counter weight pulley system ceramic item.  Used on antique pendant counterweight pulley lights.   Please note that there is a crack down once side and there is staining in the dome.  There is a small chip on the turning wheel.  The counter weight feels firm and strong despite the crack.   Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
