Packaging

We securely pack all items to ensure that they are not damaged during transit.

Delivery

Please note that we send off orders once a week ONLY. If your order is placed after we have already done the week’s shipping, your order will be sent off the FOLLOWING week.

• POSTNET & PUDO can take 5 to 7 working days to arrive after payment received.

We ship to anywhere in South Africa. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!!

Delivery options available for destinations within South Africa are:

• Postnet (Pick-up point of choice)
• PUDO (Locker to locker)
• Free Delivery within East London, South Africa (by prior arrangement)

Tracking: We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can trace your order.

Delivery Fees:

Cost is dependent on the weight & size of items, the shipping option & destination. 

You are welcome to email us to inquire before placing an order – we will then get back to you with a shipping estimate.

Returns

Please note that photos form part of the description – it is therefore important to look at the photos carefully to note the condition of the item. We encourage you to ask questions, should you have any, in relation to the condition of the items before making a purchase.

If anything fragile breaks during transit due to poor packaging, we will refund the cost of item (this excludes the cost of postage).  Don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
