This two piece skirt is an unusual find.  Vintage traditional.  Its made with hand twisted thread.   The beads are old trading store glass beads in my opinion as they are uneven.  The beadwork is tightly made.  There are two small setions where stitching has come slightly loose.  See pictures.  Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
